Return and refund policy

If you purchased your handbag or wallet from our website, below are instructions for returns and refunds. If you purchased your Mywalit wallet or handbag from an outlet that carries our products, it will be necessary for you to return the item directly to the store where you made the purchase.

Defective Goods Guarantee

MYWALIT TOSCANA products are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any defect occurs in this period we will replace the product with a new one of the exact type and colour (subject to continued availability). Please contact: info@mywalit.com for instructions on returning the item. Your replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. Mywalit Toscana reserves the right to determine if damage to an article is due to bad workmanship/defective materials or misuse by the owner.

Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your choice, it is possible to exchange the product with another style or colour (preferably same price) by simply sending it to our office with a note describing the style and colour you want within 14 days after you have received the item. If the item you choose costs more you will be requested to pay the difference, if it costs less we will credit back your account. In these cases please contact: info@mywalit.com for further instructions. The shipping costs for returning the products are to be considered at the client's expense.

If the product you have purchased doesn't meet your requirements, you have the right to send it back to MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL (with the original invoice) within 10 working days from the receiving date without any penalty, no explanations required (Right of Withdrawal, Italian Law 22/05/99 n.185 art. 5). MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL will refund the price of the item. Please contact: info@mywalit.com for further instructions.
