Mywalit Photo Contest Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY

The Mywalit Photo Contest is a Contest (the “Contest”) open to anyone who agrees and accepts with the submission the Mywalit Photo Contest Official Rules including specifically the Rules & Terms for Entry (see below), who is the age of majority in jurisdictions where the age of majority is over 18 years, and where such Contest is legal. A Contestant must have legal access to the Internet and means to submit a photo of his/her own creation. Violation of the Mywalit Photo Contest Offical Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by Mywalit Toscana, Via del Brennero 1040 B/K, Acquacalda – 55100 Lucca, Italia (Mywalit). Employees of Mywalit, its parent and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all other entities participating in the design, promotion, marketing, advertising, administration or fulfillment of this Contest and their immediate families and persons living in their same household are ineligible to participate in this Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest began on 8 July, 2011 and ends on 31 August, 2011 at 23:59:59 p.m. (UTC +1.00). The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or about 5 September, 2011. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD. Entries submitted before or after Contest Period will not be considered or judged. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

DESIGN GUIDELINES

The photo entered must include a Mywalit product. Contestants are encouraged to be as creative and imaginative as possible with their submitted photo(s). The photo does not need to include the Contestant or another person. With the Submission, the Contestant accepts that the winning photo will appear on the Mywalit Facebook Fan Page, be published in a Mywalit customer newsletter, and may be used in other marketing and advertising specifically related to Mywalit.

RULES & TERMS FOR ENTRY

  • By entering the contest the Contestant accepts that submitted photos may appear on the Mywalit Facebook Fan Page, be published in Mywalit customer newsletters, and may be used in other marketing and advertising specifically related to Mywalit. Mywalit will not resell the images. A Contestant may terminate participation in the Contest upon written notice to Mywalit prior to the end date.
  • All entries must be submitted before the deadline of 31 August, 2011.
    Entries must submit a JPG on the Mywalit Facebook Fan Page.
  • By entering the contest the Contestant accepts that final edits to the photo, at the sole discretion of Mywalit, may be necessary prior to publication.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All Submissions must be the Contestant's original photo, executed solely by the Contestant, and any credits must be limited to the Contestant's name(s) only. Your Submission may not have been entered in previous Mywalit contests, nor won previous awards; Your Submission is intended for a family audience and must, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Mywalit, be suitable for a general audience.

The privacy of all children who may be in the submitted photo is considered sacred. Your child's identity is highly protected and will not be published without your consent. Photos must be entered by a parent, family (grandparent, aunt, etc.) or legal guardian of the entered child.

Submissions may not promote third party products or services, or incorporate third party intellectual property, including, but not limited to copyright protected software, images, characters, logos, names and trademarks.

Submission must not be offensive or otherwise unsuitable for use, as determined by the sole discretion of Mywalit. Any submission of robotic, automatic, or programmed entries, or any entries submitted through other unapproved methods are void.

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

The Contest Period ends at 23:59:59 UTC +1.00 on 31 August, 2011. All Submissions will be judged by a team of Mywalit employees according to creativity and uniqueness. After judging is complete, Mywalit will announce and display the winner and runners-up photos by name on the Facebook Fan Page. If there are no submissions or no submissions that meet the minimum criteria, the prizes may be awarded to the best available submissions, or may not be awarded at all, at Mywalit’s and the judge’s discretion.

PRIZES

The Prize will be awarded as follows:

The first-prize winner will receive €100,00 credit toward the online purchase of a Mywalit product at www.mywalit.com. The winner will receive instructions on how to receive the credit after he/she has been notified of the prize.

No prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Mywalit. Contest prize winners and runners-up cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person. Any state, country or local fees, costs, taxes associated with the Contestant’s place of residence, if any, are the responsibility of the Contest winner and runners-up. As an example these may include import fees, and bank fees associated with currency conversion. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state provincial and local laws.

Under the law, your data will be treated according to the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and protection of your rights and privacy.
