Return and refund policy

Defective Goods Guarantee

MYWALIT TOSCANA products are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any defect occurs in this period we will replace the product with a new one of the exact type and colour (subject to continued availability). Please contact: info@mywalit.com for instructions on returning the item. Your replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. Mywalit Toscana reserves the right to determine if damage to an article is due to bad workmanship/defective materials or misuse by the owner.

Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your choice, it is possible to exchange the product with another style or colour (preferably same price) by simply sending it to our office with a note describing the style and colour you wish to receive. If the item you choose costs more you will be requested to pay the difference, if it costs less we will credit back your account. In these cases please contact: info@mywalit.com for further instructions. The shipping costs for returning the products are to be considered at the client’s expense.

If the product you have purchased doesn’t meet your requirements, you have the right to send it back to MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL (with the original invoice) within 10 working days from the receiving date without any penalty, no explanations required (Right of Withdrawal, Italian Law 22/05/99 n.185 art. 5). MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL will refund the price of the item. Please contact: info@mywalit.com for further instructions. The shipping costs for returning the products are to be considered at the client's expense.

SOSTITUZIONI O RESTITUZIONI

I prodotti MYWALIT TOSCANA sono garantiti per 1 anno dalla data di acquisto. Se si presenta qualsiasi difetto di produzione entro questo periodo, potete restituire l’articolo acquistato a MYWALIT e vi verrà sostituito. I costi di spedizione sono a carico MYWALIT TOSCANA.

E’ possibile cambiare gli articoli acquistati, se decidete di cambiarli con un prodotto di maggior valore vi sarà richiesto di pagare la differenza, viceversa se sceglierete un prodotto di costo inferiore la differenza di prezzo vi sarà riaccredita sulla carta di credito o sul vostro conto Paypal. Per favore contattare: info@mywalit.com per avere istruzioni sulle modalità di cambio e rimborso. I costi di spedizione sono considerati a carico del cliente.

Se non volete più l’articolo acquistato avete il diritto di restituirlo a MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL (allegando la fattura ) entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data del ricevimento del prodotto senza alcuna penalità e senza specificare il motivo. (Diritto di recesso, D.lgs 22/05/99. n.185, art.5). MYWALIT TOSCANA SRL rimborserà al consumatore la somma già versata a titolo di pagamento del prezzo dei prodotti, per favore contattare info@mywalit.com per avere istruzioni sulle modalità di rimborso. Il contributo delle spese di spedizione è a carico del cliente.
