Returns

Thanks for ordering from mywalit. We hope you like your new wallet or handbag!

If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.

Please drop us an email at customer-service@mywalit.com and let us know before sending anything.

Depending on where you’re based, you can return your order to one of our offices:

Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us identify you.

For international returns, we recommend using a courier or postal service that allows you to track your package.

In the case of damaged or faulty items, please send us an email with a photo of the damage to customer-service@mywalit.com and our customer service team will get in touch.

In some cases we may ask you to return the product to us for analysis. If this happens, we promise to refund anything you spend in shipping costs as soon as the package arrives.

If any product forming part of our Gift With Purchase promotions is returned for a refund/voucher and this results in the total amount spent falling below the free item/gift threshold, then the Free Gift must also be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that If you request a refund or exchange but choose not to return the Free Gift, or, if the Gift has been used or damaged (in breach of promotions terms and conditions) MYWALIT reserve the right to deduct from any refund due (or charge your original payment method) an appropriate amount to reflect the damage to the Gift or its non-return. This amount will be the full retail value of the Free Gift.
