How do I place an order?

  • Browse our colourful range of products and add the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking on the green button ‘Add to Shopping Cart’.
  • Choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout to complete your order.
  • If you have a promotional code, insert it here and click ‘Apply’. You should see the final price change accordingly.
  • If you don’t have a code, simply choose your shipping destination and continue.
  • Log in to your account, if you are already a mywalit customer. If you are a new customer, you can register or continue as a Guest.
  • Now simply enter your address details (mandatory fields are marked with *) and follow the payment steps to complete your order!

I’ve placed my order; can I add or amend items?

We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been confirmed, sorry! If you do change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for a refund.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can choose to pay for your order with a credit card or through PayPal*. All online orders have to pass through our website; we are not able to accept telephone orders, bank transfers or cash/cheque on delivery. (*PayPal may not be available in some countries.)

I am missing an item from my order, what can I do?

I would like to order something from your website; can I collect it in store?

Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer a service for collection in store.

Do mywalit products come with a guarantee/ warrantee?

Yes, we pride ourselves on a high level of quality and want you to enjoy your mywalit products for years to come! If any of your mywalit products are damaged, please send a photo to our customer service team at customer-service@mywalit.com along with your order information and we’ll get in touch asap. If we ask you to return the product to us, any postage fees will be immediately refunded. You will not be charged postage for replacement items.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

If you would like to send your order as a gift, please write to us at customer-service@mywalit.com. You may also add a gift note with a personal message.

I have written you an email, when can I expect a reply?

Our offices are open between 9am and 6pm, (GMT+1) Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. We try to respond to emails within 48 hours, but it can take longer during peak periods.

Will I be charged VAT?

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of destination. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered, plus the shipping charge.

Can I claim my VAT back?

We do not have the facility to process VAT refunds for online purchases. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please request one by writing to customer-service@mywalit.com before you place an order.

My discount code was not added in my order, could you add it after my purchase?

Unfortunately we can’t apply discounts once an order has been paid. However you can use it on your next order with us.

I haven’t received my confirmation email for my order?

I am sorry! Please check your spam box, if not write to us at customer-service@mywalit.com and we will be happy to give you the status of your order.

How long do I have to return an item?

30 working days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If you have any concerns regarding your order, drop a line to our customer service team at customer-service@mywalit.com.

I haven’t received my tracking number, what can I do?

If you don’t receive your tracking code by email, please first check to make sure it hasn’t finished in your spam. If it’s not there, drop us a line at customer-service@mywalit.com and our customer service team will provide you with the code.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We use an express service which requires someone to sign for the goods when they are delivered. Consequently, our courier is NOT able to deliver to a PO Box.

Can I expect to pay import duties/sales tax for deliveries outside the EU?

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are considered imports and may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These fees cannot be refunded as they originate from the government and are outside our jurisdiction.

How do I exchange my order for something else?

If you change your mind about something you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 30 working days of receiving it for an exchange. For full returns instructions, please see above: How do I return my order for a refund? When we receive your return we’ll let you know and send you a promotional code for the value of the returned goods, which you can use on our website to purchase the replacements. Please be aware that the replacement items must be of equal or greater value than the items returned.

If I return an item to you, is my postage refunded?

Please be aware that return postage is only refundable for faulty goods or incorrect orders.

Do the free gift items need to be returned as well?

Yes, if any product forming part of our Gift With Purchase promotions is returned for a refund/voucher and this results in the total amount spent falling below the free item/gift threshold, then the Free Gift must also be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that If you request a refund or exchange but choose not to return the Free Gift, or, if the Gift has been used or damaged (in breach of promotions terms and conditions) MYWALIT reserve the right to deduct from any refund due (or charge your original payment method) an appropriate amount to reflect the damage to the Gift or its non-return. This amount will be the full retail value of the Free Gift.

I have returned an order to you. When can I expect to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed, once the package arrives in our offices.

How do I sign up for / unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Join our world of colour and be one of the first to hear about special offers, new season collections and the latest Mywalit news! You can subscribe at any time from the sign up box in the footer on our home page.

How can I use my promotional code?

To apply a promotional code to an order, simply add the items to your basket and copy&paste it into the field marked Voucher. Click on the green arrow and you will see the price change accordingly.

I forgot to add a promotional code to my order, can it still be applied?

We are not able to make changes to an order once it has been confirmed, sorry! But the good news is that our codes have no expiry date, so you can use it for another order at any time in the future.

My promotional code doesn’t work, what can I do?

Oops! If for any reason your promotional code does not work please get in touch with us at customer-service@mywalit.com and we will send you a new one.

How can I protect my leather goods?

Some general tips for taking care of your mywalit wallet or handbag are:

- Avoid storing it in direct sunlight.

- Always let leather dry naturally.

- Avoid using harsh cleaners containing solvents

- a product specifically for leather care is best.

My wallet/handbag is damaged, what can I do?
